These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the padu33 platform and all services offered through it. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets.

padu33 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Registration by minors is prohibited. padu33 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where the age requirement is not met.
Each individual may maintain only one active padu33 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances or bonus credits associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited without notice.
All bonus credits issued by padu33 are subject to wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
All padu33 transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit. KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is approved.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable under padu33's international gaming licence jurisdiction. By using padu33, you acknowledge that you are responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
2.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between padu33 and each User.
2.2 By completing the padu33 registration process, depositing funds, or placing any bet on the Platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2.3 padu33 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. The padu33 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Any registration, deposit, or wager by a person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. padu33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle.
3.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is the sole responsibility of each User to determine whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence or access. padu33 makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction. Users who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and padu33 accepts no liability in connection with such access.
3.3 Self-Exclusion. Persons who have self-excluded from gambling services — whether through padu33's own responsible gaming tools or through a third-party self-exclusion scheme — are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on the Platform.
4.1 Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) padu33 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or device identifiers, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.
4.2 Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. padu33 will rely on the information provided for KYC, payment processing, and responsible gaming purposes.
4.3 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their username and password. padu33 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account where the User has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
4.4 Account Accounts may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or bequeathed to any third party. Accounts are personal to the registered User only.
4.5 padu33 reserves the right to refuse any application for registration, or to close any Account, without providing reasons, at its sole discretion.
padu33 applies KYC verification in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. Users may be required to provide government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by padu33 may result in the suspension of withdrawal access.
5.1 All deposits to padu33 Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, and instant bank transfer via major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank.
5.2 padu33 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited into a padu33 Account must originate from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name.
5.3 Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed on the Platform and may vary by payment method. padu33 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.
5.4 Deposits made from the proceeds of illegal activity are strictly prohibited. padu33 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of any suspected financial crime.
6.1 Withdrawal requests from verified padu33 Accounts are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by padu33's payments team. Processing times for verified accounts are ordinarily within 15 minutes; however padu33 does not guarantee processing times in all circumstances.
6.2 KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal from any padu33 Account will be approved. padu33 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests at its discretion.
6.3 Withdrawals may only be made from a User's Real Money Balance. Bonus Balance funds are not available for withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
6.4 padu33 reserves the right to decline or reverse any withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
7.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits issued by padu33 are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, including any applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game categories, and expiry periods.
7.2 padu33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice. Any bonus credits already credited to an Account at the time of cancellation remain subject to their original terms.
7.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, structured low-risk wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploitation of platform errors — is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all related balances.
7.4 Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new padu33 members only. One welcome bonus per household, IP address, and payment method applies.
8.1 All bets placed on the padu33 Platform are subject to the specific game rules, sportsbook rules, and market rules applicable to each product. These rules are available within each game or betting market on the Platform.
8.2 Bets accepted in error — including bets accepted after an event has started (where in-play betting is not offered) or bets accepted at obviously incorrect odds — may be voided by padu33 at its discretion.
8.3 padu33 reserves the right to impose bet limits on individual Users, individual markets, or across the Platform as a whole at its sole discretion.
8.4 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the records maintained by padu33's system shall be conclusive unless demonstrated to contain a manifest error.

10.1 padu33 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. Users may access responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options from within their Account settings at any time.
10.2 Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once a self-exclusion period commences, it cannot be reduced or reversed before the elected period expires. Users may apply for reinstatement only after the full self-exclusion period has elapsed and after a mandatory cooling-off period has been observed.
10.3 padu33 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to identify patterns of play associated with problem gambling. Where such patterns are identified, padu33 may contact the relevant User and may impose account restrictions in the interests of that User's wellbeing.

11.1 All content on the padu33 Platform — including but not limited to the padu33 brand name, logo, software, game content, graphics, text, and data — is the property of padu33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
11.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without padu33's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, padu33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a User's use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:
12.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit padu33's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by padu33's negligence.
padu33 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at padu33.win/privacy-policy.
padu33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material amendments will be provided via email to registered Users and/or by posting a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the User's acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. Users who do not accept revised terms must cease use of the Platform and contact padu33 support to close their Account.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which padu33 holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause restricts any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
15.2 In the event of any dispute between padu33 and a User arising under these Terms and Conditions, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through padu33's internal dispute resolution process, accessible via the live chat support function on the Platform.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through padu33's internal process, it may be escalated to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by padu33's applicable gaming licensing authority.
